Satisfied with the hotel, it's an excellent base for staying in Yerevan. Location is in the center of the city. The restaurant was located within 600 feet. Traditional furnishings. Their driver, can't remember the name, was top;)))

Historic style of the hotel building, very very helpful staff. Lobby, we loved excellent breakfasts there.
There is bad smell in some places.

At Villa Delenda we had a NICE stay. We visited National Gallery of Armenia, located adjacent to the venue.

Republic Square subway station was within walking distance the hotel. Great location and reasonable prices. We stayed here to visit museum of history, that is located 10 minutes' walk away...
